Discovering ways to introduce fruits and veggies (or any food for that matter) to children WITHOUT the pressure of "you need to eat this" was so refreshing to learn. Dr. Kaplan partnered with Stephanie Crosier, RD to run "Munchy Mondays" in the local school system in Duval County, FL for many years.
